I installed a strain glass window a few years ago. There’s small amounts of water sealing into the frame over time. I want someone to inspect and remove and rot, apply bog filler, seal, and potentially paint. I have a new bottle of wood restore hardener and paint, but not big filler. Note that the window frame is relatively high up so the job needs to be done on a ladder. See the pics.

Shower door is broken as the pivot on door hinges has snapped. We require a hinge replacement to fix the door back into place.

Need someone to cut a hole into a specific part of the fence (note timber on inside is a bit thicker) and install letter box. Small brackets and screws (we have) then need to screwed in to secure the letter box.
