Hi team, I have a job for 1/22 Gay Street Blackburn North to do preliminary works before YVW can install the check meter. Attached the plans from yvw and an aerial photo and a photo.

Please refer to the photo. I've got a brick one (external to the house) and the concrete patio. There's a section of space between the two which has got the plumbing connections like the overflow relief gully, water outlet from the toilet and the shower that sit on the inside of the brick wall. I intend to cover the underlying through in such a way that I can access it as and when needed. I was thinking more about some sort of a set up where I can screw let's say an array of iron(or any other material) bars which is thick on either side (brick wall and concrete). Then use that as a frame to lay some other material going at 90 degrees to the bars. What I intend to achieve is to make this area such that it can hold a washing machine and a dryer. So the set up needs to be stong enough to support that while being flexible enough to allow easy access to the plumbing network underneath when need be.
