The chimney is currently held up by the strap, if I remove the strap, the whole outer skin and inner section will fall, and potentially break a window. I just need somebody to help me lower it down safely, happy to work an hourly rate but I think the right person could have this done in less than an hour. If the chimney gets damaged, that's fine, I just don't want to damage any of the property.
