I need to remove all the beams (see pictures). There are 31 beams there. Each end tightened by a screw. I need your help to remove all the screws. I will then dispose all the beams myself. I can supply you a two steps ladder (see pictures). The person suit this job best: Good at using drill. Know how to unscrew tightened screw Okay to work on top of our planter box (see picture) Location is at Boondall close to the Boondall train station. As long as you are good at using drill to unscrew, its an easy task for you. Most likely can complete in 20 minutes. Definitely not rocket science. Thanks for checking this.

One of the gates on my driveway does not close any more. Bumped slightly by my car, that’s probably the problem. Need it repaired or if it can’t be repaired, need a new gate.also the bolt that locks them in place needs to be reattached - last phot. Budget depends on if it is a repair or a whole new one.

Remove slats and the timber they are attached to - just hanging on, not many nails. Remove rotted trim - same. No need to take old timber to tip. Install gutter each side of the roof (about 1m one side, 2m the other). Plumber will connect up. Can supply guttering or pay extra for them.

The length I do not know 7 - Ceiling battens: - roughly 25m of hardwood ceiling battens have been damaged by termites - Fix: pull down the affected ceiling and remove/replace the battens. Instal new gyprock ceiling /cornice/repaint with ceiling white 8 - Wall top plate: - top plate of the wall has been damaged by termites. Roughly 1.5m of damage. Fix: remove the top plate and replace. Try to access via the ceiling space. 9 - Roof rafter: - 1.5m of damage to the roof rafter. Fix: laminate two pieces of hardwood timber either side. 10 - Roof batten; - roof batten shows signs of termite tracking. No major damage from them eating the timber (only in a few minor areas).
