We are required to get a quote for one of our stores in QLD- Chermside, for floor deep cleaning and re-polish the wooden shop front floor since the floor is very outdated and all scratched up. This is one of the tasks of our refit project at QLD-Chermside. We are planning to repaint walls and ceilings, replace store lights, install TVs, and replace joinery of the store. Fix broken towel rack in bathroom

I need the retaining wall repositioned upright as it has become unstable over time.

Need door removed in order to fit washing machine into laundry. Then reinstall door Screws head look striped so will require new screws.

Needing two IKEA shelves built. They need to be lifted onto top of already existing shelves in retail stockroom. Original shelves are 6 foot tall so must be strong/capable to lift them this high. Shelves also need to be secured to wall for safety so please bring suitable fastenings. Must be done before store opens at 9am.
