Need a roof plumber to come and fix/repair box gutter/sump. Whenever there's heavy rain tons of water is getting into the garage somehow (I think from the sump being incorrectly built) Have attached some photos where you can actually see the timber frame of garage from the box gutter. Maybe the upstand is too short? Hard to tell.

Install tin shed in backyard -- kust temporary installation and some adjustment with grouund.

In a small hallway, there’s a 2 cm gap between the floorboard and the skirting board at its deepest point. I suspect the two wooden stumps are gradually rotting and sinking, hence causing the joists to sink with it. I’m seeking a temporary fix to buy some time (around two years) before deciding on a more permanent solution for the house. I need a handy person to crawl underneath the house, use a hydraulic jack to carefully lift the joist, and place packers on the stump to stabilise it. I don’t have a fixed price in mind and will accept a reasonable offer. You will need a second person to be present to verify the result and ensure safe working conditions under the house.
