Hello, looking for a handyman to do some jobs around the house 1. Shower Repair - Leaking and needs new sealant - can you fix our shower The issue seems to be with the shower door not closing properly, not the sealant - not sure. 2. Window glass replacement - we would like to replace two frosted glass window panes with just clear glass. Can you source the glass and include the cost in the quote price. Size of the glass itself (not the window) is 29cm x 21cm (both glass panes are the same size) 2. Back gate lock replacement - Can you replace the lock to our back gate . This keeps falling off. We haven't the lock for this so this will need to be purchased. 3. Replace lights - Replace x 2 outside lights - needs a ladder (one near the garage - motion sensor light, one on the outside wall, normal light). We have sourced the lights, so ready to put in. 4. Wall repair - Fill in a mark on the wall with putty/ filler in upstairs bedroom . It's just one long mark from a furniture scrape 5. Move a glass cabinet - Move a glass hanging cabinet from downstairs to upstairs 6. Replace x2 fence extenders on our fence -t these are broken. Size of the extender is 1.2m x .5 . We have sourced these, so no need to acquire. The broken panels will need to be pulled off and the new ones put on 7. Install a blind in the upstairs bedroom 8. Kitchen’s platform got burnt. I need to fix it

The master bedroom is leaking, and directly below it is the garage ceiling, which already has a black, moldy area. The main cause of the leak is currently unclear.

The screws on the door hinge have come out and need to be repaired. Rates negotiable.
