Garage door springs broken

The storm this week flipped my gazebo so I need some handy ppl to re attached the panels that came off and flip it back over. Alternatively we can disassemble and then need at least 2 handy people to re-build. Will need a very high ladder. Panels are thick plastic. It's from ikea. So instructions can be sent for quoting.
