The hinge is broken somehow and it won’t close properly- slightly ajar. I think these two hinges need to be fully replaced

We have 7 ceiling fans in the house. The only one that seems to work ok is the one in the alfresco. Most have the same issue - we can switch it on, but we can't switch it off unless we switch it off at the mains. One doesn't even switch on. One seems to be a bit lose so it makes a lot of noise. I'm guessing if we get a new reversal remote and change the remotes it would probably work, but I don't know which remote to get, and how to make the switch. They're all hunter pacific fans but two different models.

Have a rendered front wall with electronic gate. Some of the render has started falling off at the gate. ( might be something to do with me backing my car into the gate 😁). Hoping it’s an easy job and nothing major.
