4 existing fans need to be replaced with new fans. The current fans do not have an isolation switch so they will need to be installed. Fans & colonial style switches & blocks have been purchased. Electrician to provide cable to isolation switches & conduit. The house is approx. Queenslander era with VJs & no wall cavities. Existing conduit is cylindrical & preference is to use this or similar. Ceilings are c4m high & fans will require extension rods (supplied) which may need to be cut to size.

I need my UE Hyperboom Speaker fixed ! It dropped on the ground and now the sound quallity isnt great. I'm not sure what damage has occured or if it is repairable, but would be great if it could be fixed.

Storage Cage in Basement has a rectangle area i am reclaiming with Body Corp approval. The area was meshed, so i need a door affixed, and the mesh removed on the 2 sections. Some wiring to re secure those two sections will be needed.

Sparky had to cut holes, I started fixing them but getting them to look good requires effort I realised I don't want to put in. 3 small holes about 60mm. 5 larger holes about 130mm. I already have matching paint.

Remove existing property address sign. Push garden boxes out of the way. Install new property address sign with drilling holes to match mark the sign bolt holes, then take it back down. Paint the wooden fence. Once it dries, I will put the new sign back in place. I will provide the fence paint, roller, newspaper for ground and painting tools. I will also provide the new sign and mounting bolts and a drawing showing the bolting arrangement. If the person doing the task however can please provide a drill for drillling 8mm holes for the sign bolts, 75mm deep. The fence is roughly 4m2 for painting purposes. I estimate 2 hrs at $100 per hour. I will be available to help hold the sign for match drilling.

Install 2 * roller blinds, 150cm wide Install 1 * curtain rod, 180cm wide Repair 1 * curtain rod where child has hung on the rod and broken the previous work. A photograph is attached. It needs to attach to plasterboard only without a wooden support beam backing. Previous guy used expandable wings in the photograph.
