Hi, we require a toilet seat to be installed. A brand new seat with correct dimensions has been purchased, includes blind fixings. The original toilet seat and lid is 25 years old and matches (still ok, blind fixings let go). We would prefer this to be put back on if it's an option. 2 x blind fixing kits purchased to make it work. Looking to get this done ASAP in Broadbeach Waters

Need someone preferably with experience glue artificial turf to concrete, experience with the garage flooring plastic tiles clip together to make a pattern, experience laying artificial turf inside golf sim room (glue to gym mat), experience glue foam pads to walls and ceiling for sound observation, and assemble a infrared sauna that is flat packed. Will pay a per hour or per day rate should be 4-5 days work total.

Blinds needs fixing clipped have broken and put back of rails

1 sliding door security screen requires new base wheels. 1 sliding door requires alignment to the frame when closed.

3 wardrobes and 4 internal doors that need new handles installed. All purchased from Bunnings. Ready to go. I just don’t have the skills for this.

Cracked screen on 55inch Hisense Model50K321UW. Wanting to get an idea of entire repair costs.

Our front door has bad termite damage and the door jamb is crumbling away and can no longer support the door, so the door is now falling off. We need the existing door, sidelight and damaged framing to be removed.. a new frame/jamb to be built in and then our new door and sidelight to be installed. We have already bought the new door, the door furniture and the sidelight.

3 x ceiling fans to be replaced

The tennant moved out today and someone is moving in tomorrow so was seeing if someone handy could help out. Task includes re-grout of small shower, hang a new towel rack, patch and paint small area, handle one curtain, install new shower head. I will supply the paint and brushes, new shower head and rack.

I wish to soundproof an internal wall. Fixing soundproof boards/acoustic to the wall. I do not want to have to rip off the plaster etc. was thinking about something to add to the wall like boards. I have done one side which has helped - fixed extra boards. But want something better for the other side. Thanks
