Remove current light and install ceiling fan with light

Looking for someone experienced to fill hole in gyprock wall and level the shelf, the shelf is sitting in the hole currently, Gyprock has metal beams the shelf needs to be put back up straight with no mistakes. The guy who put the shelf’s up made a few mistakes and the shelf is coming out of the wall

Cubby house with gyprock professionally done, missing to be sanded and painted. Have electric sanding machine, undercoat and 1 in 4 paint (x1 undercoat + x2 1in4 paint)

Licensed electrician needed. 3x bedroom fans not working due to remote switches not working. Someone to come out to find out the issue and fix.
