Find an experienced handyman in Burleigh Waters

Hey we have quite a few fly screens that need replacing before we move out of the property, damaged done by our cats :,) We have a roll of mesh to fix them but not the time or tools to do so in a timely fashion. Can negotiate on prices.

We have tenants moving in soon and I need to get a few things fixed around the place. Friday, Monday or Tuesday would be preferable. 1. Replace fan in a bedroom, it is a fan and a light. I will go buy one from bunnings and have it here for you. 2. The kitchen tap is struggling. The tap is only a year old, I'm not sure what is wrong with it. 3. Replace a shower head, once again I'll go pick one up from bunnings and have it at the property for you. 4. The front gate is having some issues, it looks like it's getting caught on a screw. 5. The pool pump is also having some issues, not sure if it's something that can be fixed.

The drive way gate needs the top horizontal wooden panel reattached so it can move with the roller that helps assist the opening of the gate. One vertical panel has also come loose and needs to be reattached

We’ve accidentally put a hole in the plasterboard in the ceiling! We would like it repaired ASAP. We live in a duplex and funnily enough, our neighbours have done the same thing so they’d like theirs fixed as well. It’s the exact same job for both homes. Both duplexes are happy to pay $50 each for the service ($100 in total).

Need someone to measure the requirements and to fit a dog door insert from Bunnings in the sliding patio door. The dog flap that’s on there isn’t big enough for my dog :)

The sofa bed appears to have zig zag springs which squeak. Would require someone opening it up and fixing.

Fix and repair replace it required reseal shower unit

Front gate has had the wheel come off when i had to manually open it while we had no power. Electrics are working fine just needs to be lifted up and the wheel put back in i think? Also the handle has come loose on the entrance gate and needs to be tightened.

Repair, strengthen and protect 2 wooden sun loungers.

I have a small front rendered block wall that is starting to tilt over. This may need to be replaced as well and concrete fitting but would be best to be inspected first

Bring own tools and picture hooks to hang 3 wall prints and reassemble drawers that have been reassembled incorrectly.(Drawers will be emptied & ready) Instruction booklet available.

1. Remove existing shower screen 2. Re-install same shower screen once new bathroom tiling is complete by others

Mesh needs replacing in laundry

The gate has fallen loose due to wind. Help fix the hinge back onto the wall. Help tighten the latch screws. Preferably fixed today 24 Jan 25

I am needing a qualified electrician to replace and old ceiling fan In a bedroom with a new one which we have purchased. New fan has been put together.

We have a bank of 8 letterboxes (2 rows of 4) that needs to be installed. Aluminium. Need to dig 2 holes for posts and set in rapid set concrete (we have the concrete already). Attach name plate to top of posts above boxes. (See photo of an example)
