Find an experienced handyman in Burnside SA

There is a window on my place that has a detachable fly screen in an aluminium bracket. I need to replace the flyscreen and put it back in the window. I have dented the frame a little so the fixer will need to be little bit handy and able to repair the frame so that the flyscreen can fit back into it, and then get it back in the window. Shouldn't be too hard, bit finiky and you'll need some tools.

The screen of my TV is displaying purple and black lines and flashing colours and shadows while running. Not sure what the problem is as have restarted multiple times and cleaned all dust off the back of unit. Happy to be guided by expert that can assist and whether this can be fixed

1) remove a small metal roller door in a cupboard in the laundry 2) remove the thin plaster frame around the metal roller 3) make good the frame, however it does not need painting 4) fix a 39-40cm piece of flashing to the underside of the roof

We require some grouting repair and silicone reapplication on 3 bathrooms. We have been out of the house for 3 days so the floors in the showers have had time to dry. So ideally if this job could be done asap that would be much appreciated.

I need a number of odd jobs done. The toilet seat is loose. A new towel rail in laundry. Hooks drilled into brick walls in garage. Repair plasterboard. Cut off screws that protrude from new knobs in kitchen. Bang down sharp edges on carpets stretches in door way. Etc small handy man jobs.

Replace and attach kitchen cupboard doors as they require new hinges. Hinges need to be purchased.

Need to install a brand new freestanding letterbox, likely 100x40x40 cm size. The ground where we need to install is dirt. - Due date: Flexible

Door to be hung in hallway, including installation of hinges and handle. Door fits opening but may need some shaving down if opening not quite square. Door has wooden frame with glass panel. - Due date: Flexible

We want to install a barn door in our family room. 2400x1120x40 with soft closing. I have cut out the cornice to provide ample space and the wall is plasterboard over brick. Refer attached images for details. Door is sealed and all items unpacked. - Due date: Flexible

During heavy rain, I can find water dripping from the top of the window pane onto the floor. It could be a possible gap between the roof tiles that must have happened during the last thunderstorm. Not entirely sure though, so I would need someone to have a look and fix the leak. - Due date: Before Friday, 16 June 2023

I have an old very heavy timber sliding door. It is almost impossible to open and close. I have cleaned and added lubricant to the tracks - this has imporved it but not fixed the problem. the tracks were replaced about 6 years ago. Take door off. Enlarge hole in door. Install dog door. Put door back on. Old dog door has been partially removed by the helpful dog. New dog door already purchased; it is a bigger door so the hole will need to be enlarged. - Due date: Flexible

We have just purchased a new home. As part of that process we had a building inspection done which identified some handyman type jobs that we would like fixed. They are mostly suited to a carpenter, but possibly a general tradesperson would also be capable of addressing them. I have listed the two most common issues here: Door is hitting on the frame for general age. The door can be buzzed down to fit the frame. Damage to the window frames and other timber mouldings have timber rot which need repair. I can provide the full report which contains images. - Due date: Flexible

Area about 55m2 upstairs.

I have two chimneys that are currently capped with concrete, this will need to be cut open to have a chimney flute installed. I am happy to help in anyway.
