I need a towel rail installed in a powder room in my home. I have already purchased the towel rail. Its dimensions are 30cm W x 3cm H x 6.5cm D. See photos of the boxed product. Ideally the rail will be installed to the right of the sink in the powder room. (See photos of the powder room.) However, the chosen location may depend on stud position in the wall. After the rail has been installed, I need the adjacent wall and floor thoroughly cleaned up. All necessary tools and equipment must be brought to the job, as none will be available on-site.

I need someone to come and completely seal this door. We no longer use it and don’t want it to make noise every night. You can use nails, wire, or ideally, a large wooden beam to brace the door so that it cannot be opened from either the inside or the outside.

I have 2 mid sized bathrooms that mould is starting to form so I need it to be resealed. No bathubs and not all parts are needing new silicone only the shower area. Other parts seem new still. Bathroom has glass pane for shower area and no bathtub. I attempted to remove silicone but find it difficult as I don’t have the tools. Noticed caulk markings on some tiles. If you can remove it as part of quote it’ll be good. Both bathrooms are to be resiliconed and minor regrouting as Reno was done only 3 years ago
