Power won’t turn on not sure

We have just moved in and there’s a few items we need help with. We expect around 4 hrs for the jobs altogether. Tasks include but not limited to: door locks that are loose, a couple of toilet seats that need to be tightened, a couple of sliding doors needing a oiling, helping a little bit with unpacking/ assembly.

I have glass sliding doors. Both left and right doesn't slide properly. It appears like it is catching the rail guides. It is quite heavy. Each door is 230cm tall x 130cm wide. I can see the brand on the lock "Doric". The door is very heavy. I tried to lift it. I am located in Carlingford 2118.

I need two fly screen doors fixed. Will need to bring the material.

2 Walls around 2 meters altogether. Wall 1: ~ 85 cms. It needs fixing at the bottom area, maybe 50 cm from the bottom. Wall 2: ~1.15 Mts. It needs fixing at the bottom area, maybe 13 cm, and on the right-hand side. Check the pictures, please. Maybe plastering and/or rendering is required. NO PAINTING.
