We live in a new build house and the builder has done a shoddy job installing the towel rail. It’s sagging off the wall and the spiral type screws they’ve used have shredded the plaster behind. Need help patching it up and reinstalling the brackets with a more suitable screw that can hold the weight of a towel.

Hi, I have a pre-assembled outdoor awning (3’ width, 2m projection) that requires installation onto an outside brick wall. Am looking for a masonry specialist with high attention to detail (can follow the booklet instructions) who is skilled with and has the right tools (drill, anchors etc) to install brackets into brick, and can in turn assist with getting the awning onto the wall. We have an existing garage with flat roof. The ceiling panels are damaged so we are removing them ourselves. We need help fitting new ceiling panels. We will supply the panels and provide a second set of hands to help. My husband is very handy. The area is 9m x 4m.
