I need a handyman to secure or replace a loose floor transition strip between laminate and hardwood flooring. As the picture shown The current strip needs reattachment with screws/adhesive or full replacement.

Hi! We rent a property and have a closet with a mirror door that was hard to open and close. The other day, we had to push it forcefully, which resulted in one of the wardrobe mirror doors hitting the other end of the frame and cracking the top part. We have attached photos for reference. Can someone still repair this. Trying to see if we can get by without having to replace the entire wardrobe door. The wardrobe door has a black-glazed mirror finish.
