We have four rubber wheel stops that need installing in a commercial business carpark. Just need to use long drill to go through asphalt and then nail in the pegs with sledge hammer. Rubber stops are 1650mm wide and pegs are 13x300mm so will need a suitable masonry bit. - Due date: Flexible

Repair an air vent grate, remove vine weeds and spray front and back driveway and paver areas with weed killer (product supplied by me). Use some degreaser , hot water, and a bristle brush (not metal) to try remove some grease spots on driveway. They are only a few months old stains. Must have own materials including pressure cleaned for afterwards. Further work available for those who can do more (wall cladding, painting, etc). Price indicates hourly rate, it's the amount for the first hour and then we can extend if good. Air Tasker holds the money and if someone doesn't show up it takes time to release it, and often it's glitchy and I have to reach out to customer service for that - won't be accepting jobs for higher amounts as such sorry guys . Relocate a downpipe. Add a couple of lightweight hollow aliminium fence slats to the veranda to reinforce the waterproof shade cloth in two spots, and add a section of shade cloth to the privacy screen. Cloth & materials provided , but the two slats need to be cut to size. Sugar soap wipe down newly installed external fiber cement panels , and paint. Paint supplied. Estimated 3-4 hours of productive work.. (& If interested mow lawns, & spray all weeds, an extra hour and a half of work). Work needs to be done on a dry day. Must have indemnity insurance. Potential further work if the above job goes well. This is handyman work, I don't need someone builder qualified, if you prefer being paid carpenter rates close to ($50-60 an hr), there's no need to troll posts that you're not interested in - It's not social media. Please keep it professional (weird comments will be reported).
