I need a timber front door hung including door hardware. This is to replace a glass door that was broken. original door has been removed but jamb hinge side needs removing - see photo. Replacement door is a Hume LIN1 cut to exact size by Hume. door hardware is Gainsborough Trilock. Please provide an estimate.

The garden brick wall is circa 1962. It is a feature wall. It is not a supporting wall. However, it butts up to an external brick wall. It is leaning. I think tree roots have caused it to lean. I don't know if it's structurally sound. It is a needs to be straightened or removed. It is approximately 4 meters long by 1.6 m high

We recently replaced the screen door however the wooden frame it sits within is not quite the right size and now the door doesn't close properly. Need someone to assist my husband to fix the frame to fit the door ensuring it latches closed. - Due date: Flexible

Kitchen sink swivel spout needs changing for it is leaking a lot. Bought a new one but can not unscrew the old one from the wall/tiles. I tried everything. Worried of cracking tiles too. Shop door is not closing properly as you can see in the photo. Looks like the hinge needs adjusting.

Two of the hinges on our tall pantry door have broken and the door has come off. We've replaced the broken hinges but can't get the door back on to click the hinges back in place. We'll both be here to assist and hold the door up (it hangs about 15cm above the floor) or do a bunnings run if required.

Need a hole repaired in a wall around 10 inches.
