We are looking for some help to install 2 Baby Gates at the top and bottom levels of our stairs. We have curved banisters, however there are flat areas that can be drilled into. We also have 2 different sized baby gates that we can try for either top or bottom to see what fits best. I have 5 decorative screen panels from Bunnings plus 3 or 4 of those fake ivy panels that I need installing on a paling fence to make it look nicer (see pics, which includes one of the plain fence and another of how I would like them installed). I also have 3 solar motion lights that I'd like installing too. These would need to go on a brick wall, so you'd need the appropriate tools to drill through brick. I also don't have any other tools myself, so it would be BYO hammer & nails etc for the fence job. Finally, I have one bench seating unit that I need assembling (see last pic). If this requires a screwdriver etc, I'm hoping you can BYO as well. Thanks!

Need a door jamb built and a door installed. I already have the door and can get the hinges and door handle. I do not have the materials for the door jamb but can get them if I know what to get. Door frame roughly 76.5cm X 205.5cm and door is roughly 75.5cm X 203cm.

I need someone to cut the balcony railing and provide support for it. The job also involves installing the gate shown in the photos, securing it to the post with provided hinges. Additionally, you’ll need to disconnect the stairs shown, move them to avoid blocking the gate, and then re-nail them down in the new position. Please include both labour and material for this task: Need a handyman to supply and replace 5 cabinet hinges at our property in Croydon North. They are 90 degree blind corner hinges and the Bunnings ones would not fit ( see the pics for details and dimensions).

We require insulation to placed in the ceiling above the removable panels in our office. We will purchase the insulation, but need help putting it in place. We require this in 5 office rooms and a short hallway.

Croydon North: to fix a dripping shower head, I.e., the shower head drips unless tightened to the extreme, which was most likely caused by 2x faulty washers. 2. Croydon South: fix a hinge of a cabinet door and replace a garage door lock (new lock to be provided by us). Note that there are two metal bars missing on the garage door that’s supposed to be latched with the garage door lock.
