Some of the below is due to the house moving a fair bit as it’s an older style home: - French doors no longer opening (need planing at one end where it’s touching) - Bathroom door not closing (catching at one point may need planing) - Fix broken floor plank in kitchen (I understand i may need a floor person for this?) - Fix any rotten bits on the decking (there’s not many but we like to stay on top of it - Daybed slats (we have a custom built daybed and some of the wooden slats have snapped - can send photo) - Re-caulk grout above bath with silicon - Vanity gap (we replaced a vanity and now there’s a gap between vanity and where tiles start, may need to add a thin row of tiles to cover it) - Master bedroom door no longer closes (misaligned) - Downpipe not connected to gutter properly/rusted away - A single wooden step that needs some brackets or something to make it more sturdy I understand that you may need to view first for accurate quoting - Due date: Flexible
