I have a patch on my vinyl floor that has marks left from a couple of hot pink dumbbells and I can’t seem to get the colour off. I might need to get this bit of vinyl completely replaced if there is no way to clean it off. Hoping someone can assist?

Some of the below is due to the house moving a fair bit as it’s an older style home: - French doors no longer opening (need planing at one end where it’s touching) - Bathroom door not closing (catching at one point may need planing) - Fix broken floor plank in kitchen (I understand i may need a floor person for this?) - Fix any rotten bits on the decking (there’s not many but we like to stay on top of it - Daybed slats (we have a custom built daybed and some of the wooden slats have snapped - can send photo) - Re-caulk grout above bath with silicon - Vanity gap (we replaced a vanity and now there’s a gap between vanity and where tiles start, may need to add a thin row of tiles to cover it) - Master bedroom door no longer closes (misaligned) - Downpipe not connected to gutter properly/rusted away - A single wooden step that needs some brackets or something to make it more sturdy I understand that you may need to view first for accurate quoting - Due date: Flexible
