I have tried recessing the hinge back into the timber, and whilst this helped, it did not fix the issue. The timber may have to be planned back. IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE MOUNTED TO A SLAB, SIMPLY ASSEMBLED ON TOP OF THE PAVING STONES AS PER THE PICTURES ATTACHED. I REQUIRE SOMEBODY WHO HAS DONE THIS BEFORE AS THERE ARE FOUR SKYLIGHT PANELS TO ALSO BE.
