Home alarm security system maintenance/upgrade

Firstly, I would like a technician to check and find the reason of alarm going off sometimes, I believe it will be a tamper switch on the outside strobe/siren, which is located under the first floor eave. So either the switch to be changed or the whole strobe unit. The alarm is Networx nx. Secondly, if this is expensive job, then the whole system possibly to be replaced with modern Bosch system (should work with nbn). I want to update it to be remotely controlled (alert my phone when the alarm sounds, and be able to arm/disarm). I would like someone to advise/consult me on what needs to be done (and potentially quote and perform the job). Please let me know the cost and what is gonna be included and we will go from there. If you are not keen to do the first item and only want to install a new system, please state that in the offer. The price is there just so to be, specify your offer. Thank you!
