Bedroom door doesn’t shut properly. The handle doesn’t line up directly with the lock. Not handy enough to figure out issue. Would suit handyman or similar.

Solid concrete laundry sink on concrete legs needing to be removed from rear yard up 3 steps at side entry. Very heavy, so will require 2-3 people and/or lifting equipment (sack truck for example). In good order so potential for use as sink or raised flower bed or on selling.

We currently have a door handle that we would like changed to a door knob. Have bought the door knob. Need someone with their own tools to complete the task.

These doors are a little crooked not sure how to fix them. The there is just two that need to be fixed.

Looking for someone experienced to replace existing fire place, with similar size, to existing flue/ chimney.
