The door must be appropriate for a door going from the interior to the exterior of the garage. The doorway may be a non standard height (1920mm). So if an exact fitting door in the price range can't be found, the top and bottom of the door may need to be trimmed to match the appropriate location of the hinges, before the door is fitted and reattached. The bannister out the back has come loose from the post at one end so appropriate fasteners will be needed to reattach it and make the bannister safe and sturdy again. The job will include $400 for labour and contingencies. Making a total of $525. The aim is to complete the job on the day.
