Large timber deck approx 72sqm is being prepared for sanding & refinishing. Need existing screws removed (quite a few broken) and replaced with 10G x 50mm STAINLESS STEEL screws countersunk to 4mm. About 70% has already been done, so only a day or less remaining. I have a stack of screws but you probably need another box of 250.

Key features of this job: - Currently has vinyl floor (water got under it) that needs to be ripped up and replaced with tiles. - The toilet is not of Australian standard and needs to be replaced since it’s leaking and not sealed properly around the base. - The shower has decorative floor-to-roof panels that have cracked and need to be removed - The bathroom floor has cement sheeting from what I sore when ripping up part of the floor - Needs to be waterproofed I don’t think this is a complicated job but rather fiddly. Clean all the eaves gutter (which is more than 3m high) and take photos when you are done. Remove the antenna and its cable inside the ceiling and walls, and seal the external holes; there is no need to dispose of the antenna.

Remove the super old outdoor blind, it's probably 3 metre high and the screw is too old to screw out I dispose it myself
