One column of kitchen drawers need fixing as not opening and closing smoothly. One draw broken and will need fixing too.

We were hoping to have installed five swing out flyscreens (two in the lounge room, two in the main room and one in the bathroom). Remove old clothes line and supply and install new clothes line

There are 4 screws, but already out of shape because they are rusty, so it's hard to use a screwdriver to take them out from the wall. They are still strongly screwed in deep into the bathroom tile wall. Make sure the tiles won't break when you try to take the screws out.

Need to patch up some holes in my walls that I cut to install additional power points

Supply and install a gutter on the fascia of rebuilt balcony, and connect into existing downpipe, approx 8Lm

I have 4-5 small paintings and need nails/picture hooks drilled in the walls of red brick home to hang them. You will need to supply the drill and proper hooks/nails.

Need to replace an external timber hinged door within the existing door frame. Will then need a simple keyed lock on the door, nothing fancy just need to be able to lock it. I’m happy to paint the new door once complete. Door leaf size - 2040 h x 810 x.
