Mitsubishi MGZ-GB50VA requires a general service and maintenance of the fan. Everything is working, but the fan makes an annoying whining noise that we would like fixed. Unit is approx 3m high. We have a ladder but you may want to bring a better one. Prefer someone who has spares with them to fix on the spot. Second hand parts are fine. Flexible on job timing. Hello! I have two jobs in the garden: 1. Ingound trampoline maintenance: Repainting the trampoline mat - I have rollers, special rubber paint and white spray paint to re do middle x. Also I have an instruction booklet on the painting. I wish to replace the screws and washers for the rubber matting, again I have those on hand. 2. Garden wires on pailing fence. This has started sagging which suggests the fixings weren’t tight enough. I want someone to take wire out, drill fixings in, then re add wires and tighten up. I have several faucets in the house that need repair: 1. Faucet leaks even when tightened (hot water) 2. Kitchen faucet is loose and no longer turns from side to side. It has been tightened from underneath several times but continues to come loose, so maybe some part needs replacing 3. Shower head is crooked, and also does not lock at the top, it falls down even when the screw is tightened. Not sure if this is fixable or need a new shower head. 4.
