I have a collection of photographs - about 2 dozen- framed and under glass- I need hung. This will involve a process of drilling/stopping/screws put into walls etc as they are heavy.

We need a handrail / grab rail installed in this bathroom. Must be able to support full weight of disabled people getting off the toilet. Im unsure where the studs are. It looks like you may need to drill through the tiles. Examples of what the handrail may look like are attached (still yet to purchase)

New light to be hung in place of existing

Checking internal door knobs and also install 1 outside door knob I already have a new one

Gyprock, flush and painting of double garage including walls and ceiling. Need to work around the panel lift door, unable to tak e down and reinstall as there will be insufficient width with plasterboard/gyprock. Removal of an old box air conditioner which will leave a hole in the wall. The hole is roughly 8200 x 6000 and the existing wall is double bricked (no gyprock). Ideally like it bricked up and plastered from interior and possibly exterior rendered if within skill set of individual (e.g. solid plasterer). Budget negotiable
