We would like the white lattice replaced with Jack Matrix white plastic lattice (or please specify in your offer what lattice you would use). Your offer should include measuring, buying, cutting to size, and fitting the new white lattice securely to the stair rail. The new lattice needs to be fitted securely - more secure than the current lattice. Also, remove old lattice and all rubbish from site.

Disassemble and dispose of 3 items: Gate, Blind & Patio sun-screen (1) Remove the unpainted wooden gate that is at the top of the deck stairs. It has plastic straps holding a piece of wood, from which it hinges (see photos). There may also be other screws or fixings. Remove the black strap, plastic straps, unpainted wooden gate, and the unpainted wooden piece that is strapped to the white pole. Also remove the grey gate latch in photo. Remove gate and all rubbish from site. (2) Remove the roller sun-screen and bug-bottle from the side of the patio. Do NOT remove the criss-cross wood/lattice. Remove sun-screen and all rubbish from site. (3) Remove this indoor blind and and its top rail from site. Leave other brackets attached to the wall. We will fit a new blind or curtains later.
