Have a Plumplay Child's activity centre which is wood, plastic and metal construction to assemble from a kit. Photos attached including contents and one of what the finished activity centre will look like.

I have 2 fireplace areas to fix. In need of basic advice and work please. Fireplace 1 in lounge have mostly removed render which was over brick. Second fireplace in bedroom have purchased new electric fireplace. Need to look to close chimney? And fix wall/paint where prior fireplace was removed. Please and thanks!
