Looking for an all round home improvement “handyman” Most tasks don’t involve electrical/plumbing work, although they could be impacted by or related to it, so would require some understanding and caution (e.g., dismantling a powered gate). We have just purchased a house and have many tasks to discuss and complete - everything from wooden window frame, door and kitchen bench restoration, and window glazing/filming, to interior wall painting, minor plastering, minor landscaping and tree lopping, installation of fence, decking and garden shed, concreting driveway, drainage trenching, bathroom tiling and waterproofing, installation of oven and rangehood, etc. Fee is for a one hour consultation at the property to go over the tasks involved, suitability of the work, and estimated timeframes. Install cornicing in kitchen after a renovation. Bulkheads have been removed and there is some cornicing repair work to be done. 1. Two sides are to an existing structure and the other two sides have the wall structure already. The last part is the door for entry and there are posts already in place for this.
