Install a Rectangle Panel 100cm x 180cm

I need a handy man who can fix few small things at home. Like changing a curtain, fixing screen door, changing a garage lock and small garden work.

Front door has slipped slightly and is sticking at the bottom. It needs the hinges adjusting and maybe planing so it opens and shuts.

Needing help with a old, bathroom cavity sliding door that isnt sliding very well. The door gets stuck and comes off the railing. I will be able to repair the paint myself post fixing. Thanks

Need 2 blinds to be installed. Remove existing blinds and put new ones. Comes with all fittings including screws. I have attached images of old and new brackets (the bigger one is the new bracket). The last image is of the existing bracket Tasker to bring drill, screwdriver etc.

I have two ceiling fans that need installation in two bedrooms. Neither bedroom (one downstairs one upstairs) has a ceiling crawl space. You should be able to cut into the ceiling, install the hardware to the timber supports then run the wiring in the ceiling and down the wall to where the light switch is. Plan B would be running the wiring along the outside of the ceiling using conduit (it would be visible but if that’s the only option then that’s what has to happen). They are fans only (not fans with lights) and neither has a remote control. Happy if you’d like to inspect first before confirming the job / the price.
