Need an electrician who can install 50-60kg chandelier and five down lights in void area at 3 meter fall. Ceiling height is 6 meter”. No noggins, only junction box provided. Separate switch point for both.

A small 1.5 inch diameter hole to be plastered and fixed for a shop in Forest Hill. Needs to be fixed Urgently . Will require at least a 7 step ladder as the cieling is almost 4 meters high.

Install a storage cabinet on the wall in the laundry room, relocate another cabinet, add two shelves in the entryway storage cabinet for easier organization, and install a few hooks or rods inside the kitchen cabinet doors for hanging gloves and aprons.

I have two ceiling fans that need installation in two bedrooms. Neither bedroom (one downstairs one upstairs) has a ceiling crawl space. You should be able to cut into the ceiling, install the hardware to the timber supports then run the wiring in the ceiling and down the wall to where the light switch is. Plan B would be running the wiring along the outside of the ceiling using conduit (it would be visible but if that’s the only option then that’s what has to happen). They are fans only (not fans with lights) and neither has a remote control. Happy if you’d like to inspect first before confirming the job / the price.

To fix the slice door latch, can’t lock at the moment Fix small damages (some small holes) on the wall from installing curtains.

The door is misaligned and scrapping the frame, need to get it fixed Someone already came sanding the door which was temporarily fix the issue and now the problem came back.

Due to the massive winds the other week, front door and back door fly wires have broke. They are both still attached, however the back door will not close. And the front door is very flimsy
