Basic home gym assembly. Was only taken apart for transportation. Instructions included. Might need 2 people as the parts are heavy.

I have 2 holes in walls that need repaired 1 in bathroom and 1 in a bedroom I need my back door lock replaced and I need my lawns mowed

I had a new stone splash back installed. There were rules previously, and the demo contractor had to take out the whole plasterboard with the tiles, as they were too difficult to take off individually. There is now a .5-1cm gap along the top of the splash back that needs to be plastered. It’s approx 2- 2.3M long

Need 2 large heavy pictures (60 x 90 cm, 6 kg each) centred and hung safely on a brick wall above bed. Current hooks on frames will need lowering and replacing as would be seen if hung.

We have a length if coving approximately approximately 8 m which is coming away from the ceiling. I need this replaced, understand we may need to paint wall / ceiling afterwards so would want it prepped / skimmed so we can do this.

Need a tradesperson who has a jackhammer, in order to remove our letterbox from the original concrete footing so we can relocate it to a new position in garden bed. We would like tasker to also re place it in the ground in new spot for us as secure as possible, it will be temporary So we don’t want concrete footing added to the new spot, just dug deeply into ground.

Install two hinges on two kitchen cupboards. Hinges supplied by me.

Require cornices supplied and installed to a bedroom (3.5M x 3.5M) sanded back and ready for painting.

Need a ceiling fan installed with light must be licensed sparky with papers. Fan need to be assembled too.
