Remove and replace existing fence approx 2.5m where timber panels are falling due to wood rot and water damage. Replace 3 x External window frames rotted at base where connected to decking

Build a simple base/deck for a small garden shed. The shed is 2.25 x 0.79. The shed will be permanent and needs to be properly fixed and finished.

I wanted to fix windows locks

In my bathroom, the ceiling in one corner seems to be sagging slightly. It’s uneven with the tiles and there’s a tiny crack where it droops down. Wondering home much for this to be fixed before it completely falls down.

Install Basketball Ring to manufacturers instructions. Ring is onsite and footing with hold down bolts already installed with concrete slab. Need done by Saturday.

-Need approx 50 pittosporum trees 3m-4m high, cut down to approx half their current height. Around 35 of the trees are on the fence line, you will have access to my neighbours driveways which run along the fence line for easier access.
