I have existing walls which can be demolished if need be, would be good if it’s cheaper to merge it into the new plaster. The room is 2.6x2.8, please let me know if it will be easier to rip out the existing plaster and start from scratch. This job is roughly 2 weeks out from needing to be done, I also need waterproofing and shower screeding if you offer this too.

I wanted to fix windows locks
