Paint the walls and windows - not the ceiling

My wife and I have painted 2 rooms at our home, living and dining. It looks great however there are a few tiny areas, say where the wall meets the ceiling etc where there are some small gaps that still require painting. Should be no more than about 3-4 hours work. We require a person experienced in painting and we'll supply the paint, brushes and ladder etc

need some touch up painting & 2 masking tape removed. Paint will be supplied

Plaster patch and paint to alfresco ceiling approx 4mtrs x 6mtrs, peeling to the plaster joins requires attention

We have three areas in our house that timber floors needs sanding and treatement to match existing floors 1) home office room 18m2 2) downstairs hallway 7.2m2 3) upstairs hallway 12m2

2 windows and 2 fascia board (yellow highlighted) need prepped & 2 coats painted. Materials will be supplied.

Deck was built two years ago, cleaning and staining required on two decks along with posts and handrails

Needing a few small patches rendered ASAP . I have the paint to paint it so can be done in any light colour. Pulled a few posts down and didn’t realise it was rendered around them. Needed it done by end of Friday

We have just moved in to our new house and want to have two seperate single swing gates down both sides of our house (see photos) - in the style of wooden white picket fences (reinforced with metal, for longevity). Both fences will be approximately 1.5 metres wide and 1.0 metre high. We are on holidays now, and would love these constructed and installed before we go back to work (if possible). Hi we’re are installing an airconditioner tomorrow. Just on one walk there will be an patch running down one side. We need that wall patched to the same colour. Also might need to do a coat on the other walls to make it all look the same. We got let down by our painter. Need a good job done. Would be around 2 hours I’d say. We need an experienced person to complete sanding of 'edges' only with an edger (preferably supply your own) on our hardwood floors. There are 3 adjoining rooms (each approx 30-40 sqm). Sanding has already been completed in the inner section of each room, so you're just finishing the outer edges - see photo. We'll pay extra to cover sand paper cost or we can purchase for you . .
