I've just had downlights put in, so the spots where the old light fixtures used to be need to be plastered. The gap between the plaster and the old roof is quite small as seen in the pictures. Plaster is 10mm. There is only 3 that need to be done. Image is of one of the holes (they are all the same sort of size, and one is zoomed in to show the gap between old roof and plaster.

I have a sliding gate for my driveway which is a pain to operate. It constantly gets stuck and is extremely slow. It was installed by a contractor a few years ago who evidently cut some corners and so has an overall low quality of workmanship.
