Find an experienced handyman in Glen Iris VIC

One blind has fallen off as it was handled badly by someone and is in pieces as per photo. The other which is the same type of blind will not stay up and I assume has a broken spring. I need the blind in pieces to be assembled and hung up, hanging appears intact. You may need a small ladder as floor to ceiling for both . The second one I need fixed so you will need to bring the bit that is not working which of course I will pay for. It is the same type of blind as in photo.

Shower drain leaking under the house. Must access from Crawl Space. Needs plumber of: Reduced temperament Reduced stature. And reduced weight. To craw space 17 meters one way. Repair drainage. Then crawl space another 17 meters return. The crawl space in high enough to crawl on hands and knees. I have cleared the path of most of the rubble on past trips. The crawl space entry point is at the front of the house on the side of the veranda. there is room for duckwalking to the front door for the smaller statured. I do have roof tiles just inside the entry door stored there out of the way. And some pressed tin for the gable front of the house. So its traversable by electricians. Who would have cleared the path. You are welcome to move anything carefully aside. I've had a pair of electricians in the same space under the bath room at the same time recently. So there is plenty of room for crawling and moving arouind. I did ask them to take photos but they didn't. I slipped an endoscope into the crawl space air vents from outside. Pointing at the hole around the pipes. I placed my shower head directly into the drain. So that no water spilled out onto the tiles. The water draining out the hole was heavy. Looking for someone to fix gate latch so it is able to close! previous owners welded hardware on. We installed a new post and unfortunately increased the width between both gate sides. I have hardware to replace top latch but not the handle latch.
