I want to install an underfloor access door on an external sold brick wall, size 450H x700W To clarify a couple of points: 1. scope includes supply of the door and other materials 2. it is a solid/double brick wall meaning that the opening will be made through 2 layers of bricks.

Old door hardware removed and new door handles and internal mechanism installed. Approx 9 door handles. Requires removal of old mechanism, routing out larger cavity to suit. Some smaller robe handles as well. Approx 15 robe handles. Won’t need to remove any old robe handles as robes are all new. These are pull knobs with no mechanism, alignment/levels/accurate measurements essential.

I have a second hand cubby purchased which needs to have some repairs and painted. The cubby has been dismantled and in our back yard, but there is some minor damage and the stumps need to be replaced. Repairs to the roof, replacing the stumps, replacing Perspex windows, giving the cubby a sand and also then painting should be included. We will supply paint. A few pieces of timber and Perspex sheets will need to be picked up from bunnings which you can include in your quote. Suit handyman.

One of the bedrooms in my home has a curtain + sheers + blinds setup. I'd like to have the curtain rod replaced, have the blind setup completely removed but keep the sheer rod. So the final product will just have the curtain and the sheer.
