Initially there will be a paid call-out fee of $20 to provide an accurate quote prior to potential hiring. Preferably quotes to be done Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Sunday Afternoons. I am looking for someone who is professional, adaptable, and able to tackle a variety of small tasks. Current and upcoming tasks include: 1. Tightening/adjustment of shower head 2. Removal of spilled paint on outdoor bricks and decking 3. Painting around the newly installed skylight 4. Removal and replacement of bamboo outdoor privacy wall 5. Summary of Electrician Inspection Report: Works Completed: - Arrive to site & tested cooktop, found 240v at cooktop, but cooktop not functioning, This indicated an issue with the circuit board. Recommend replacing as a cost effective solution. -The air conditioning unit was found running, and the house was cool while the unit was in dry operation mode. When set to cooling mode with the temperature at 24 degrees, there was no response. However, when the temperature was lowered to 20 degrees, the unit activated. Gas pressures and compressor amperage were checked, and all tested within normal parameters. It is believed that the temperature sensor may be slightly inaccurate. Tenants were advised to operate the air conditioning at a slightly cooler setting to monitor performance, as the system is otherwise testing perfectly.
