Find an experienced handyman in Grange SA

I have 7 fake wooden slatted venetian blind at the front of my house. Around 10-15 years old. A couple won't go up, a couple won't open. They are all manually operated and just need some TLC from someone that knows how they operate.

Need to screw in 2 kitchen cupboard doors and tighten another door.

We need a showerhead to be installed at our beach house which guests can use to wash sand from their feet / as a shower to remove salty water. Current tap is used as sprinkler timer for plants. Looking at options to utilise for both purposes. Quote to include materials and labour. Potential to install on other side of wall (see final picture as entrance). Please advise on how you would achieve the dual purpose. Thanks!
