We have a hole in our wall from a wall air conditioning unit and are hoping someone could help us turn it into a wall niche. Pictures of what it looks like now and what it we'd like roughly.

Repair facia board,need 6 outdoor blinds unscrewing/angle grind off as rusted. We also have a small area of pebble concrete to remove. You do not need to dump anything we will do this.

1. Hang soap dispenser men’s bathroom. Soap dispenser provided. 2. Install 8 x clothes hooks into studs. Hardware provided. 3. Install digital clock on wall into stud, plug into powerpoint. 4. Install letter box into fence (screws only - no concrete required). Hardware provided. 5. Install bike rack into concrete (hammer drill, screw in with dynabolts). Hardware provided. We are a commercial gym with 4 locations in metro Adelaide. Looking for handy person for minor painting, patchwork, hanging clocks/hooks/dispensers and various other repairs. Ongoing contract work for the right person.

Roller shutters x 3 are stuck up/down. - Due date: Flexible

Shutter making clunking noises. I think needs new springs. Not sure
