I need a couple of basic repair jobs done on my property in Hallett Cove. Firstly there is a slow leak in the pipe work under the laundry sink in the small bathroom on the bottom floor. I need the 'S' trap replaced and other fittings tightened or replaced to ensure that the leak is fixed. Secondly the kitchen splash-back needs some silicone grouting done - preferably dark grey or black to black to match color of splash -back. Please ensure that all gaps are filled.
