I’m looking for someone who can repair some key spots in my sleeper retaining wall so that I don’t have to completely replace it yet. Some areas are falling apart where others are still okay. Looking to replace some sleepers so that it can be planted out. Total length is about 12m but only want broken areas fixed. Unsure on cost so please articulate in offer.

I am needing someone to install just one cornice in a room 5.1m long. I can supply the cornice and can purchase the adhesive once I know what you need.

The tensioning wires on my deck have become slack. They may need to be re-cut/adapted to tension again. Need someone who has the tools and knowledge to fix them.

I am planning to install two chandeliers - one on the ground floor and other on the first floor. But I am not sure what is the max weight I can put in there. I need the electrician to visit site next week and let me know about the details.

I have 3 spots where an old cornice was attached and a flue for a kitchen exhaust that need a repair. It doesn't have to be pretty as we plan to put in built in cupboards in the area. The bigger hole will need repair to the ceiling gyprock as well.

I would like too replace current sink with a new sink that is slightly larger. I do not want to change the current laminate however i believe there is enough provisions to create and alter space to make provisions for a new sink. I have added a picture of the sink i would like too replace with . i will get the sink etc, i know this may go without saying however the person doing the replacement will need to be able to work through plumbing etc i have the sink and mixer tap, you will need to provide any other parts required to complete the job.
