Kitchen ceiling has been damaged by leaking shower directly above. The water dripped into the ceiling cavity, and pooled along the join between two plasterboards. This caused the ceiling itself to ’bow’ (sag) and warped the join; water started to drip through the ceiling to the floor below. I engaged a plumber to diagnose the issue. He drilled a hole in the ceiling to confirm the source of the issue using a camera. He said the ceiling beams looked in good shape. I am getting the shower re-sealed and re-grouted to prevent leaking. Once that is done, I will need the kitchen ceiling fixed - remove the damaged plaster, replace it, and ideally paint over it.

Hi, I need three tasks to be completed. For anyone suitably qualified and experienced as a handyperson! Installation of bathroom towel rail= I have the rail already to be installed. The existing hooks need to be removed. The wall would need to be patched up from the previous rail (walls are concrete/brick). Installation of toilet roll holder = I have the toilet roll holder already to be installed. Wall needs to be patched up too from previous roll holder. Bathroom vanity needs holes drilled into the back sides for electric cables to go through for washing machine.

Hi, I need three window winders replaced. I have three windows that this needs done for. I already have the replacement for them to be replaced, I'm just not confident in doing this myself! The first one in the lounge unfortunately was done by a family member and they gave up, and it's really badly and needs some manual intervention as it's currently stuck in place with a screw. Perhaps a drill? The other two have not been replaced yet. Please see images!
