Need a plasterer to sheet 1 x wall (both sides, 3m wide by 2.4m high. Ensuite wall 3.7 w x 2.4h with a 1.2m x 2m opening And 2.4w x 2.4 h wall. Ensuite ceiling 3.7 x 2.4 Cornice repair and cornice install. Repairs of holes. Setting stopping ect. Cash before Christmas.

I need 3 floating shelves to be mounted on to wall. The shelf measures 1100 W x 250 D x 38 H mm.

The wood moulding and spacer around the pantry has rotted. So has the spacer between the pantry and the moulding and the wooden cornice

We have discovered extensive damage to our walls in our home office. This will need replacing. Insurance will not cover this, I have an extensive builders assessment I can provide. Ideally we would like the walls replaced & painted and new floor boards laid. Ideally by before Xmas (if possible). We are happy to negotiate a suitable price.

We need a structure built to lower the height of our hallway by about 25 cm where it enters the livingroom. The lowering will only be at the entrance point, not along the length of the hallway. It will provide a framework to attach a blind. It is needed because the hallway is too tall for the longest available blind to reach the floor without a lower attachment point. The photo shows the point at which the framework is needed. We want the structure flush with the existing wall and plastered and painted to match the surrounding wall. The work to attach the blind is not included.

A friend of mine was walking in the attic looking for something. When he stepped on a timber beam it fell though breaking the paster board of the celining (see image). I would like to get it reapired. Cheers, Krishna
