Patch up (putty and paint) holes in the wall left from nails. 3 Paper towel dispensers need replacing with new type (old one pictured) 2 skylights need cleaning Mirror pictured needs to be removed in the bathroom and replaced with new. Aircon vents need cleaning

My pantry door has fallen off. The hinges are old and need to be replaced. Door needs to be rehung.

Repair small patch on carpet for iron burn

Remove old ceiling fan and install new fan (Mercator Grange 130cm 4-bladed without light - supplied by owner). Wire into existing switch panel. Old house so potentially asbestos ceiling, however no cutting or modifications required as it's replacing an existing fan.

Just bought a used pool table and the felt needs replacing and the cushions sound a bit weird and aren’t bouncing great, so would need a refelt and the cushions replaced, the table is 7’

When I opened our shower door recently and went to close, is slightly come off the hinge causing it to lean into the opposite shower wall (see pics). I haven’t touched it as I really do not want it to break/it’s heavy and I’m pregnant. Need it safely re-secured to hinge. Tightened and confident it won’t ‘slip’ again In the pictures you can see there is a wider door gap, down below it is less.

Ceiling fan with light installation

I've got a bathroom renovation scheduled to start Monday 21st October and the 1970s bathtub has an inch thick cement around it rather than wood. I need that removed and perhaps leveling of the underneath and walls leveled prior to Waterproofing/Tiling, however, the condition is not known until the tub is removed. Not sure on the cost so only adding an estimate and happy to negotiate.

Have some rotten timber, part of a fence and possibly a standard hollow core door (not pictured) to go to the tip please. Need it done within this week, if possible.
