I have had two standard hollow core doors installed internally by Doors Plus and need someone to install their new door handles. They’re not “standard” door handles, they are from ABI. 2x “Davis” door handle (bedroom and bathroom) 1x “Dion” Privacy Snib lock (bathroom) I also need the handyman to shave off a few mms at the top of the bathroom door as the installer installed it too close to the door frame which means I cannot hang anything (like the mirror in the pic) and then close the door. We have metal brackets attached to wooden ballet ballet that are fixed into brick walls. Many of the barres have become loose and need to be repaired. Job would consist of tighten screws, moving some brackets into new holes in the wall as the holes have opened up over time and caused them to come loose. One or two barres need to be fully re-hung

I have several faucets in the house that need repair: 1. Faucet leaks even when tightened (hot water) 2. Kitchen faucet is loose and no longer turns from side to side. It has been tightened from underneath several times but continues to come loose, so maybe some part needs replacing 3. Shower head is crooked, and also does not lock at the top, it falls down even when the screw is tightened. Not sure if this is fixable or need a new shower head. 4. Faucet leaks from the back when in use

One of the 2 deadbolts in my french door is not retracting far enough, so I cannot open the door. The deadbolt is adjustable, with a screw on end, but I can't see how to adjust it when the door is shut. This may require removing the door from its hinges.
