Find an experienced handyman in Lysterfield

Need a temporary letterbox installed at our newly built home. Waiting for fence and gate to be installed so temporarily need a cheap bunnings one installed, dont have the tools to do it myself.

Corner eave is worn and needs repairing or replacing. Please see photos.

It's a solid plain external door to go in the laundry, need handle and hinges also installed and hung, has to be done this weekend.

I require 4 odd jobs in bathroom to be fixed using your own tools. 1. Fix hand rail. my son swung on the rail causing the screws to bow. I believe the wall fixing is still there. Your own screws are required. 2. Remove exsisting toilet seat and install a new one. For some reason I am unable to remove the bottom fixing existing screws. (The new toilet seat and under fixing screws will be provided see picture attached) Also secure the toilet flush button as it has become loose. 3. Install new toilet roll holder in plaster wall. The existing spot where the toilet holder was had been damaged so slight plastering and painting required. I’m providing the new toilet roll holder and screws, wall paint and multi purpose joint compound for plastering (unless you can provide another material more appropriate) 4. Install hand towel holder in plaster wall. I will be providing the towel roll holder and screws.

plasterer: attach heavy toilet paper roll holder to wall, needs noggin. I would like the plaster to look very neat when finished. Thanks.

Back patio sliding door isn't sliding or closing smoothly and properly after my dog ran into it

Bulk head needs to have the cornice put up. And the old aircon vents and heating intake needs to be plastered up.

Loose bedroom door handle

Needing one piece of equipment assembled. All tools will need to be bought.

We have a number of broken door handles around our house. They need refitting correctly.

We have removed some cable and need to patch a small hole in one of our eaves.

Need to re-cover 2013 Audi q3 roof liner material. Roof card is fine, just needs recovering.

Various brick and mortar repairs. Will need to supply brick(s) and other supplies. There is a patch from the removal from a gas heater. I can pull off the cover in advance if necessary to quote. There may be a couple of extra little items and we can discuss a price variation if necessary for these extras. I’ve put up a couple of extra photos so you can see the colour/style of the bricks. Also interested if the silicon under the camera can be better blended with mortar.

We’ve recently painted our doors and we’d like the door hardware updated and the doors rehung. We have purchased the handles, latches and latch catcher but would also like new stainless hinges (happy if you provide or I can). There are 6 passage doors, and 3 privacy doors. There are also two cavity sliders and French doors that need to be rehung. The doors have recently been repainted to will need to be refitted accordingly.
