Bedroom window needs to externally shaded in Summer. the job is either to install a pre-made external shade blind or to construct a simple shade blind from framed lattice and shade cloth. the shade will be approximately 3m x 3m and extend from the eve to the ground. I am open to designs and ideas. I just want the window shaded and to look good without high expense.

Two windows letting in water during rain due to compromised water seal between window and timber frame. Need the timber frame removed, seal repaired and frame reattached.

The deck need some fixing (only the damage part) It is 7 meter long and 3.5 meter wide. The water pump cable was bitten too. So it needs some fixing and I would like to install a fence or dog mesh with long poles around the water tank to keep the dog out. I prefer it to be movable or non permanent so that human can get access into the pump and back of the tank. I would like to get a quote for those job. Thank you.
