The door is not fully closing and locking. If it is windy the door will open on itself. I believe there is an issue with the latch.

Hello Everyone, We just had a fire incident in the kitchen.Rangehood is burnt. Outside walls in the kitchen look ok, not sure about inside though.Can see the soot built up in the gaps, but can't make out the internal damage estimate. Went in the roof and the ducting for one zone of the reverse cycle is damaged. Have a big excess with the insurance company. So is there any qualified person who can pop in advise about the damage and the repair cost and whether it's worth going through the insurer or not as that will balloon up the premiums. We are going through the tough times, so your advise will be of great help. Thank you🙏
