Electrician to provide cable to isolation switches & conduit. The house is approx. Queenslander era with VJs & no wall cavities. Existing conduit is cylindrical & preference is to use this or similar. Ceilings are c4m high & fans will require extension rods (supplied) which may need to be cut to size.

Behind the plasterboard is very original VJ wall (hardwood). Approx 3.6m width in the bathroom (height - Queenslander ceiling height). In the hallway remove the plasterboard, again leaving the posts. Not sure if hardwood behind that wall but if it is remove it there. We can take all the rubbish to the dump - just needs to be placed in the garage.

Hi - I have a vertical crank handle outdoor blind - the kind with a large metal bar built into the bottom of the blind that travels up and down vertical tracks each side as the blind is cranked up or down. The metal bar at the bottom has torn out of the blind so I would like this to be re-installed. The blind material separated along the heat weld in a straight line so the material is still in good shape. Maybe could be re heat sealed or stitched?
