Need help installing maxtrax on a frontrunner roof rack

We are needing a dining table repaired within the next month or two. Leg connections broke off of table when moving it as screws weren’t tight enough. Still have screwed and legs are fine. Just need where legs connect to be repaired.

The job was rushed by tradesperson and it needs fixing/completed (Photos attached)

I have brackets, anchors however i need some one to accurately find stud and mount the wall mirror

Sliding gate need annual servicing.

- We need a 43" TV to be wall mounted (Wall bracket has been bought already) - A small circular mirror on the wall. - The lights in the garage are not working. We've changed the tube lights, but they still don't work.

Manual Garage roller door adjustment. When pulled down and closed, it comes back up too far leaving a gap at the bottom. Not sure if its a weather seal issue or a tension issue but the seals look fine. Would like it to sit properly shut against the concrete.

Need to remove a mirror cabinet attached to the wall and plaster

Remove and dispose of large cabinet. It comes apart into two pieces top/bottom. Approx measurements: 60cm deep 215 high 190 long It's heavy and the removal will be awkward. Please bring people to help you and tools to remove door from hinges if needed to help get it out of the house. Needs to be done between 9:30am and 1:30pm on Monday 25th please.

The sliding door needs to go back in. Possibly with new railing

Need a gap filled with “something”. No more gaps. Or foam filler. It is an adjoining wall that we have noticed has not been finished correctly. It allows a breeze into the house. The gap is around 5mm in some spots.

need the hing welded back onto the garden shed door it was welded on. Could also be screwed back on as long as it connected. I image it would be a quick job for someone who knows whats they are doing.

Moving out of a current property in Ferntree Gully that needs to be as close to original condition when I finish the lease. There are a number of painting touchups on walls, ceilings and other places, holes in walls that need to be fixed up including one wall in particular, a relatively large plaster panel needs to be replaced, I need all hooks and anything adhesive taken off the walls, also need doors fitted back on, some doorhandles changed over and if available within the same service, I need a deep Vacate Clean. I can send you a video for a brief house walk-through to get a basic understanding of what is required, the platform won’t allow me to send it here though.
