I have a custom BBQ and I need some changes and repairs on it. 1. The drum has been worn out t so I need a new drum fitted 2. I want to add a "pocket" on the right side where I can heat up wood/coals and that I can then redirect when required (You can see the red highlighted section in the 1 photo. I need something similar replicated on mine 3. With the "pocket" part added, I need a new grid that is a lot lighter and has a handle that can move the grid up and down but also be removed to not be in the way. As an example, my previous one had a handle that flips around. This allowed it to be facing down so it's out of the way or else flip around and it would stick out and you can lift the grid between the levels (picture attacked with yellow block).
